A buyer, under normal conditions, will ask to see the following documentation to satisfy themselves, their Accountant and Solicitor before purchasing:
  • Copy of the current lease agreement.
  • Two years Balance Sheets & Profit & Loss Statements
  • BAS statements covering the period since last Financial Report.
  • Inventory of Plant & Equipment
  • Staff roster and weekly gross wages bill
  • List of current Debtors and Creditors
  • An overview of the daily operations
  • Details of any contracts with suppliers or customers
  • The value of stock on hand
This list is indicative of some of the documentation buyers may request. If for some reason you are unable to provide key information we will endeavour to provide solutions on your behalf that may assist the buyer.
